and colder, had to break out some thermal wear. The mountain trails we use are getting icy in spots and I have busted my butt more than once coming down.
Sure hope your bum isn't black and blue from such trekking! Perhaps a ski pole would be useful. Thinking of you and wishing you warm and safe hiking~ and all other activities as well. love ya
